Duncan Jones’ MOON and Source Code have inspired many artists to come up with posters, as alternatives to the official, studio produced promotional material.
None have quite realised the full combination of emotional impact and humour, that are at the heart of much of Duncan’s work. That is until now, as we present the work of writer and illustrator Greg Stekelman, tweeted to Duncan this evening.
The artist states “I tried not to give away too many key plot points. I also think Gertie might have worked quite well with Kevin Costner. The two “O”s are smiling and frowning, representing the duality of man, and the bittersweet ambivalence of Sam Bell.”
Awr,that’s awesome!! I like them:)
The movies don’t do the posters justice.
