During the busy promotional tour for Source Code this year, Duncan popped into the Empire Magazine offices in London to take part in an online web chat during which sergithegreek asked:
Hi Duncan! What helpful and inspiring guidance can you offer a young filmmaker / writer who is almost near the end of his TV & Film degree?
To which Duncan replied:
Gather a group of like-minded people around you, find people who want to be producers, cinematographers, actors and composers, because you’re always going to have far more ability to get things made if you have the momentum of a group of people working together. It’s hard work trying to do it on your own, and you’ll be taken more seriously if there’s a group of you.

Director Duncan Jones has confirmed that the Best Independent British Film of 2009 MOON will be released on both DVD and Blu-Ray in Australia AND New Zealand on Wednesday 24th February 2010.

MOON has so far sold over 60,000 copies on DVD & Blu-Ray in the UK alone! And if you just can’t wait to see why we all think Sam Rockwell deserves at least an Oscar nomination for his role as Sam Bell, you can always order in the UK Blu-Ray which is multi region 🙂
